Wright, Constable & Skeen, LLP Welcomes Three New Attorneys and Announces the Opening of Our New Richmond Office

BALTIMORE, MD, June 27, 2019 – Wright, Constable & Skeen (WC&S) is pleased to announce the opening of its new Richmond, Virginia office.

Three respected and accomplished Richmond attorneys will join the WC&S team in the new Richmond location. Richard T. Pledger joins WC&S as a partner and will continue his practice in the areas of surety and fidelity law, construction law, commercial and business litigation and bankruptcy. Thomas J. Moran joins WC&S as a partner and will continue his practice in construction, surety, real estate, commercial litigation, personal injury (plaintiff and defense), defamation, business litigation, estates and trusts, bankruptcy, health care practice transactions, and creditors’ rights. Justin A. Thatch joins WC&S as an associate and will continue his practice representing clients in landlord/tenant, surety, fidelity and construction matters.

With the new office and attorneys WC&S will become a regional Mid-Atlantic law firm serving Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia and West Virginia.  “We are so pleased and excited to join such a distinguished firm and we are excited to be part of its continued growth and expansion,” said Pledger on behalf of the Richmond team.
