Clients and Friends of Wright, Constable & Skeen:
Each day, we learn more about COVID-19 and its worldwide impact. Rest assured that we at Wright, Constable & Skeen have undertaken all prudent steps to protect our family of attorneys, employees, and visiting clients. We are committed to providing continued service to our clients, whether in person, if necessary, or by phone or email. We hope to limit client meeting for everyone’s safety, but where a meeting is necessary, we have dedicated a meeting space that we will routinely and vigorously clean. Additionally, we will continue to communicate in traditional ways. While we may not always be present in the office, we have established procedures for working remotely in a technologically secure environment, whether it be from home or another location. All attorney contact information is available here. We are also aware that COVID-19 will impact our clients in novel ways, and we are anticipating the categories of issues that might arise so that we can give informed advice quickly.
In addition to our dedication to you, we remain dedicated to our employees and the communities where we live and work as we adjust to the pandemic. We have developed and put in place various measures and policies which are intended to ensure that we are protecting and prioritizing the health and safety of those with whom we come in contact. We are regularly communicating with staff to ensure they have the information and direction they need to be safe, stay healthy, and contribute to a safe workplace.
We have reduced travel, intensified cleaning, and explained and encouraged everyone to adopt precautionary measures recommended by the CDC and other health agencies. We have implemented a firm policy that requires employees who feel sick to seek medical advice and not report to the office until they’ve recovered. We continue to monitor developments to the pandemic and anticipate creating further policies as necessary to address ongoing concerns as more information about the progress of the virus is understood.
Our hope is that this crisis will soon pass; however, as long as necessary, we remain committed to employing the resources needed to service our clients and keep our people safe. Above all, we wish you, your families, and your colleagues good health and well-being. Your trust and confidence in us mean more now than ever. We look forward to continuing to serve you as we work through this together.
