BALTIMORE, MD, AUGUST 10, 2021– Wright, Constable and Skeen, LLP is pleased to welcome Eric L. Hightower, CLM, SPHR as the firm’s Director of Operations. Eric L. Hightower joins our Firm with over 25 years of experience in legal administration.

As Director of Operations, Mr. Hightower manages the critical areas of WCS operations and collaborates with the creation and implementation of policies and procedures that align with the firm’s strategic direction. Mr. Hightower is an active member of both the International Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and its local Maryland Chapter. He currently serves on the board of directors of the ALA and is a past president of the Maryland Chapter.

Mr. Hightower has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), where he is also currently pursuing his MBA. In addition, he holds certifications as a Certified Legal Manager (CLM) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Mr. Hightower was awarded the distinction of an “Unsung Legal Hero by the Maryland Daily Record and is a frequent speaker on the topic of best practices in legal management. The International ALA also recognized him with the Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Award. In his spare time, Mr. Hightower enjoys spending time with his two daughters and grandson and hiking, biking, and traveling around the world.
