Ellen P. Rosenberg
On December 19, 2017, our friend and partner Ellen Rosenberg passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. Ellen joined Wright, Constable & Skeen in 2015 after more than two decades in a successful solo practice in the Baltimore area, and after having practiced in Southern California and Washington, D.C. Ellen was an exceptional and well-respected family law attorney who was smart, strong and kind. She was passionate about her work and was totally devoted to her clients. Ellen was also generous with her time. She worked tirelessly for several Jewish causes, including the Jewish National Fund, serving on its national Board of Directors and Legal Committee, and the Jewish Big Brother Big Sister League, where she was a Big Sister and a member of the Baltimore Board of Directors. Ellen was also an avid runner, averaging 5 – 7 miles a day, and lover of dogs, being the owner of three. On top of all of Ellen’s admirable qualities, her greatest love was her family: her adoring husband, Cary; her wonderful children, Hal and Shira, and their spouses; and her adorable granddaughters, Madeline and Elise. We at Wright, Constable & Skeen feel fortunate to have had Ellen at our firm and in our lives, even if only for a couple of years. We will truly miss her.
