The “Find it Free and Fast on the Net” NBI program will cover strategies for legal research on the web. Conducting legal research online has changed dramatically from the way the internet was used even five years ago. This program is designed to teach streamlined research skills to attorneys, paralegals, and other legal support staff so that they will know the most efficient way to get the information they need.
Mr. Kobb will give a 45 minute presentation about harnessing publicly available records when conducting investigative research. His portion of the program will cover how to access public records, professional licenses, criminal records, vital statistics, personal property records, and more.
