Ms. Caplis joined Wright, Constable & Skeen, LLP in 2004 and has since developed a busy family law and estates and trusts practice. Ms. Caplis handles a wide range of issues on behalf of her clients including separation and divorce, custody, child support, alimony, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, as well as domestic violence and adoptions. Ms. Caplis has also been collaboratively trained to handle family law disputes. Ms. Caplis also regularly handles estates and trusts litigation, which entails will contests and guardianship matters. She is routinely involved in general civil matters in state and federal courts, private mediation, and arbitration.
