Michael Stanley is Managing Partner at Wright, Constable & Skeen. He also serves as a partner in the Estates & Trusts Group, while maintaining a successful general business practice.
Michael predominately works in providing representation to clients for estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, and estates and trusts litigation. He is routinely involved with corporate governance issues, tax issues, equity holder disputes, and mergers and acquisitions. Michael has provided representation to clients in state courts, federal court, private mediation, and arbitration. His work and experience has earned him recognition on the Super Lawyer’s List.
Michael attended the University of Baltimore School of Law and then completed a judicial clerkship with The Honorable John W. Sause, Jr. of the Circuit Court for Queen Anne’s County. Immediately after his clerkship, Michael worked at an elder law firm in Baltimore City. In June, 2000, Michael joined the law firm of Wright, Constable & Skeen, L.L.P. In January, 2006, Michael was admitted as a partner of the firm.
Michael lives in Rodgers Forge, with his wife, and their twin boys.
