Jan Pederson, Partner

Jan Pederson is a partner at Wright, Constable & Skeen in the firm’s Immigration Law group. She has been recognized by The Washington Post as one of “seven leading lawyers” in Washington, D.C., due to her dedication to the practice of immigration and national law for over twenty years. Her Immigration Law specialties include: Foreign Medical Graduates, J-1 Physicians, 0-1 Visas, Consular Practice, National Interest Waivers, and Investor Visas. Ms. Pederson is masterful at resolving complex immigration issues and she has successfully represented thousands of clients, including renowned physicians, Fortune 500 companies, television networks, entertainers, and healthcare providers. Ms. Pederson is fluent in English and Spanish. In 1997, Jan was honored to receive the most prestigious national award for excellence in the advancement of immigration law, The Edith Lowenstein Award.
Sandra Bruno, Partner

Sandra Bruno is a partner at Wright, Constable & Skeen in the firm’s Immigration Law group. Mrs. Bruno has extensive experience obtaining employment-based immigrant (permanent) and non-immigrant (temporary) visas for a variety of employers, including healthcare organizations, start-ups, and universities. Her expertise includes J waivers for physicians, National Interest Waiver petitions, alien of extraordinary ability filings, and advising international students and scholars. Mrs. Bruno has also guided numerous entrepreneurs and investors through the U.S. immigration system and consular process. In addition, Mrs. Bruno’s experience includes helping individuals with family-based immigration matters, DACA, and waivers of inadmissibility. She is a native Spanish speaker. Mrs. Bruno is a member of the New York and Illinois State bars. She received her J.D. from Tulane University Law School and her B.A. from Princeton University.

Ou Jin Stewart is a Paralegal at Wright, Constable & Skeen in the firm’s Immigration Law Group. She has a B.A. in Marketing and Public Relations, as well as a Certification in Advanced Korean Language studies from Seoul, Korea. She focuses on PERM Applications, Immigrant Petitions for Alien Workers, and Adjustment of Status and H1B petitions. Ms. Stewart speaks fluent English, Chinese, and Korean.
