Yasmin Pajouhesh is an Associate at Wright, Constable & Skeen in the firm’s Immigration Law group. Yasmin’s practice focuses on employment-based immigration with a particular focus on the challenges and opportunities for immigration of foreign physicians, journalists, and entrepreneurs to include Conrad 30 Waivers, IGA Waivers, National Interest Waivers and more, guiding professionals through the path toward Permanent Residence and Citizenship. Yasmin also has experience with family-based immigration and asylum seekers.
While in law school, Yasmin worked as a judicial intern for The Honorable John A. Mendez at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
Yasmin is fluent in English and Farsi, and conversant in French. When she is not advocating for her clients, Yasmin enjoys gourmet cooking and baking, and playing the piano.
