Ola Dindar joined Wright, Constable & Skeen LLP in 2021 as a Law Clerk and now serves as an Associate in the Immigration Law Practice Group. She has focused on serving multi-national and domestic corporations and their employees on all aspects of employment and family-based immigration law.

Ola is well-versed in working with employees and employers, including physicians, IT professionals, liaising with consular officers around the world, and individuals of extraordinary ability. She also regularly counsel clients on obtaining INA Section 212(e) or J-1 waivers based on a variety of grounds, including the Conrad 30 program or a recommendation by another Interested Government Agency, such as the Department of Health and Human Services. Ola is fluent in Arabic and conversational in Turkish.

In her free time, Ola enjoys spending time with her husband Cihan. She is also an avid runner and enjoys outdoor activities.
