Ken Davies practices predominately in matters concerning real estate, small business, and financial and estate planning for the firm. He offers a breadth of experience dealing with complicated matters and making them simpler on behalf of clients.
Mr. Davies assists clients both in good times and in bad, providing straightforward advice and responsiveness to give guidance in the right direction. He has handled transactions from first-time home buyers to individuals and businesses acquiring or leasing multi-million dollar properties. He is experienced in business formation and growth management, office and warehouse expansion, financial planning, debt collection, workouts and bankruptcy. Mr. Davies helps clients focus on the important issues and achieve workable, economic solutions.
He was a Communications major at the Ohio University before going to law school at the University of Maryland. When not working to solve problems on behalf of his clients, Mr. Davies can usually be found at the beach, in the choir loft or in the vicinity of a martini.
