Catherine Woolley is a trial attorney with over two decades of courtroom experience trying cases before judges and juries across the state. She has extensive jury trial experience with over 75 cases tried to verdict.
Catherine works on a broad range of litigation matters for the firm. Whether a case resolves through negotiation, mediation or proceeds to trial, she is a tenacious advocate who is able to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail.
Catherine began her career at the Public Justice Center, a public interest litigation non-profit in Baltimore, working on complex civil litigation at the state and federal level. She remains involved at PJC as a member of the Lawyers’ Alliance for the Public Justice Center. She worked at the Office of the Public Defender as a senior trial attorney handling complex felony cases and in private practice representing clients in criminal matters before moving to complex civil litigation.
A native of Maryland, Catherine grew up outside of Washington, D.C. She is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
