George Bachrach, Cynthia Rodgers-Waire, Gerard Sunderland and Michael Stover attended the 2018 ABA/TIPS – Fidelity & Surety Law Committee Mid-Winter Meeting held in Washington, D.C., January 24-26, 2018.  This seminar is a major annual event for the surety industry with over 700 attendees.

Mr. Stover wrote a chapter on Builder’s Risk Insurance for the book that was given to all attendees titled: “A Primer on Insurance Coverages for the Surety Professional.”  Mr. Stover also gave a presentation on his chapter at the seminar with Ms. Jaime Perkins, Esquire, Claims Attorney with Merchants Bonding Company.
