WC&S attorney, Lisa D. Sparks, will co-present a paper titled, “Ethical and Other Considerations When Settling or Pursuing Your Principal’s Claims” at the spring meeting of the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee (FSLC) of the American Bar Association. This meeting will be held in Louisville, Kentucky from May 7 through May 9, 2014. Lisa will co-present the paper with surety lawyers from both Florida and Texas.
