Mary Alice Smolarek has over twenty-five years experience practicing in estate planning, estate administration and trust administration. She is a strong communicator and a very personable attorney.
Ms. Smolarek joined Wright Constable & Skeen in 1993. She is a former editor of the Estate and Trust Section Council for the Maryland State Bar Association and and serves as Secretary for the Section’s newsletter. Ms. Smolarek is active in local and state bar activities and is a life time fellow of the Maryland State Bar Foundation and the Baltimore Bar Foundation. She is a past member of the Maryland State Board of Governors. Ms. Smolarek is a past president of the Bar Association of Baltimore City and a past president of the Baltimore Bar Foundation.
Her work has garnered recognition from professional groups and publications. She has been named to the list of Super Lawyers for her practice areas each year for almost a decade, and was previously named in a list of Top Women Lawyers in the Northeast by Martindale-Hubbell.
