Ms. Sparks had already been named a Rising Star in 2013 by Maryland Super Lawyers and elevated to Super Lawyer status by Maryland Super Lawyers the following year in 2014. Ms. Sparks has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation and in representing construction industry clients in all aspects of business.
