Lisa Sparks had already established an accomplished legal career by the time most people get started.

Sparks graduated from law school with honors at the young age of 22. She worked at two other law firms with strong practice areas in corporate and construction law before becoming a staple of the WC&S team.

Ms. Sparks had already been named a Rising Star in 2013 by Maryland Super Lawyers and elevated to Super Lawyer status by Maryland Super Lawyers the following year in 2014. Ms. Sparks has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation and in representing construction industry clients in all aspects of business. She represents insurers, owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals, insurers and sureties in contract review and negotiation, litigation, mediation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. Her background also includes advising clients on government contracting, employment, advertising, real estate, and other business matters.

Ms. Sparks is a proud lifelong resident of Baltimore. She has become recognized around the local community for her extensive work on a variety of committees and professional organizations, especially within the construction industry. She is a LEED accredited professional, which is a rarity for attorneys.
