Dr. B. Casey Crafton is a uniquely qualified individual with vast private practice experience in both dentistry and law. He is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of managing a thriving dental practice with his wife, Dr. Lisa Crafton in Columbia, MD. Additionally, as an Attorney, he is admitted to practice law in Maryland.

Dr. Crafton has lectured on the local, state and national levels on a number of different topics as they relate to the business side of dentistry including but not limited to Corporate Structure, Associateships, Practice Transitions, and Real Estate negotiations. In addition to has dental and legal experience, Dr. Crafton is a managing member of a multi-million dollar Real Estate Investment Trust with holdings throughout the country.

Dr. Crafton has a number of different patents, both Design and Utility, to his name and currently works with a multi-billion dollar dental company that supply and distribute his products worldwide. He has been on the faculty at the University Of Maryland Dental School for the past 25 years and has helped guide the careers of 100’s of young dentists and other Health Care professionals from a clinical, practical and business standpoint.

He is a member of the Maryland State Bar, the American Bar Association, American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, as well as a number of different local and component dental and legal societies. He is Past President of the Maryland Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Howard County Dental Association.

Dr. Crafton received both his B.A. in Biology and D.D.S degrees from West Virginia University in 1987. He received his Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland Dental School in 1989 and also served as a Post Doctoral Fellow at the Kennedy Institute of Johns Hopkins Hospital during this time. He was awarded his M.S. in Oral Biology from the University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1991 and received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1996.

Dr. Crafton is actively involved in fundraising for a number of different groups and organizations that focus on Autism research and treatment.
