For more than forty years, Mr. Abromaitis has been guiding his clients through the legal labyrinth of business decisions to achieve commercial success. He has served on numerous corporate and philanthropic boards which has given him a depth of understanding of the problems of businesses, from start-ups to mature corporations, whether for profit or nonprofit. In addition, Mr. Abromaitis has sharpened his understanding of the impact of taxes on day to day business operations with his Studies at Georgetown University Law Center where he earned a Masters of Law in Taxation.

Mr. Abromaitis has also served numerous individuals in planning and administering their estates and trusts. From simple wills, powers of attorney and advance medical directives to the complexities of life insurance trusts, marital and charitable trusts, Mr. Abromaitis has enabled clients to minimize their estate, gift and death taxes while helping his clients accomplish their all-important life goals.
